The Sangha

The sangha is the community. Aside from the sangha being an important concept in Buddhism, the sangha is an opportunity for you to extend your meditation from an individual endeavor, to a group thing. Just as being part of a gym helps your exercise, being part of a sangha helps you with your meditation, and overall life happiness.

You can listen to the dhamma talks below knowing that others are listening to these same talks, giving you something in common with others, making you part of a group or community, and reducing the feeling of isolation or aloneness that many in today's society feel.

Each day dhamma talks from one or both of the above teachers are posted to the @NutleySangha 𝕏 page, useful for those that find subscribing or being reminded regularly helpful to get them to do something.

Meditation is exercise for the mind, helping you retrain how your mind works, so you can become free from suffering.

As you become free from suffering, you become more happy, joyful, peaceful, kind, and generous... both to those around you, and to yourself.
