Happy Hour

I add new songs regularly. That way, when you're ready to party during "happy hour" you've got new songs to enjoy with your martini or crack. It's just a humorous expression... kids... don't do the crack.

What is "Happy Hour"?

Have you ever wondered about the term "happy hour"? When I grew up, it meant going out for drinks after work on Friday. Is that people's only "happy hour"? One hour of happiness at a bar at the end of a work week?

Wouldn't it be awesome if you could have a "happy hour" any hour you chose? And what if every single hour of your life was a happy hour?

These are the kinds of things we think about, and work towards, in meditation.
